Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you buy. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us
This website is run by Kingston Market ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at any time by email at contact@homeappliances.co.uk.
2. Our products
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Photos and illustrations are for guidance; small differences in colour or finish can appear on different screens. Some room photos are illustrations. The dimensions of each product are listed on its page and on our dimensions page.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies.
- Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free.
- You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Your payment is taken when you place your order.
- If we have made an obvious error in a price, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Offers: Buy 2, get the 3rd free
While this offer is shown on the website, it works like this:
- It applies automatically in your basket and at checkout. There is no code to enter.
- It covers every product in the shop, and you can mix and match: any 3 items count, including several of the same item.
- In every 3 items in your basket, the lowest-priced one is free. 3 items get 1 free, 6 items get 2 free, and so on. If the items cost the same, one of them is free.
- The saving is shown in your basket, at checkout and on your order confirmation, and the total you pay already includes it.
- If you return only some of the items from an order that used the offer, we work out the price again for the items you keep (with the offer, if they still qualify) and refund the difference. For example, you buy items at £30, £20 and £15 and pay £50, because the £15 item is free. If you return the £30 item, you keep items worth £35, so we refund £15. If you return all three, we refund the full £50.
- The offer has no cash value. We may change or end it at any time; this does not affect orders already placed.
5. Your order
After you pay, you will see a confirmation on screen. The contract between us starts when we accept your order, either by confirming it by email or by dispatching it. If we cannot accept your order, for example because the item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in mainland UK, normally within 2 to 4 working days. Full details are in our Delivery and Returns Policy. The goods are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated.
7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. We go further: you have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund, and the return is free. See our Delivery and Returns Policy for how to do this.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you showing us proof that you have sent them), using the same payment method you used to pay.
8. Faulty goods
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty:
- within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund;
- within 6 months, we will repair or replace it, and if that is not possible or does not work, you can have a refund;
- after 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund, depending on the fault.
Please email us with your order number and a short description or photo of the problem, and we will arrange a free collection.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We only supply products for domestic and private use and are not responsible for business losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
